- Perfect bite size shrimp, and offer excellent plate appeal. Par-fried in non-hydrogenated vegetable oil, no trans fat. No shrinkage and a homestyle appearance. Ease of preparation, excellent plate coverage, IQF portions and High Liner quality.
Ingredients
Shrimp, Water, Flour (wheat, corn, soy), Toasted wheat crumbs, Canola oil, modified palm oil and palm kernel oil, Modified corn starch, Salt, Baking powder, Sodium phosphate (to retain moisture), Guar flour, Spices, Colour (paprika), Sulphiting agents.

Preparations & Cooking Instructions
KEEP FROZEN UNTIL USED. DO NOT REFREEZE IF THAWED.
DEEP FRY: IMMERSE FROZEN SHRIMP IN PREHEATED 350°F/180°C OIL FOR ABOUT 3 1/2 MINUTES OR UNTIL DONE.
OVEN: PLACE SINGLE LAYER OF FROZEN SHRIMP ON A SHALLOW BAKING PAN IN PREHEATED 450°F/230°C OVEN FOR ABOUT 14 MINUTES OR UNTIL DONE.
