Sriracha Cod Crunch Sandwich

Forget your standard buffalo chicken; this fish sandwich is all you need. Crunchy, spicy cod is best-served with fresh slaw, a fluffy bun and fresh-cut fries.

Ingredients

  • 12 x 60 g Dip't & Dusted™ Sriracha Cod Strips #9130
  • 6 sesame brioche buns
  • 6 lettuce leaves
  • Apple Slaw
  • 237 ml napa cabbage, shredded
  • 118 ml purple cabbage, shredded
  • 59 ml carrots, julienned
  • 473 ml apple, julienned
  • Dressing
  • 90 ml mayonnaise
  • 30 ml Dijon mustard
  • 30 ml honey
  • 15 ml apple cider vinegar

Method

  1. Cook fish according to package directions.

  2. For the slaw, combine cabbage, carrots and apple in a large bowl.

  3. Blend together mayonnaise, mustard, honey and vinegar. Divide half of the dressing, and toss with the slaw.

  4. Build your sandwich. Spread reserved dressing on the bun. Add two cod strips per sandwich, then top with lettuce, tomato and slaw. Serve with potato wedges.
