Ingredients
- 2 x 60 g High Liner Foodservice Signature Dip't & Dusted Sriracha Cod Strips #9130
- 1 flour tortilla, 10 inch
- 125 mL cheddar & mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 60 mL bell pepper, sauteed
- 30 mL tomatoes, diced
- 5 mL green onions, diced
Method
- Cook Sriracha Cod Strips as per box directions and slice into chunks.
- Fill one side of the tortilla with Sriracha Cod chunks and the rest of the ingredients.
- Fold over and grill on the flat top for 5-6 minutes, flip over half way through the cooking process.
