Sriracha Cod Tacos

Ingredients

  • 12 High Liner Foodservice Signature Dip't & Dusted Sriracha Cod Strips
  • 12 tortillas, 6 inch
  • 250 mL lettuce, shredded
  • 125 mL tomatoes, diced
  • 60 mL green onions, diced
  • 15 mL coriander, chopped
  • 30 mL olive oil
  • 1 lime lime juice

Method

  1. Prepare Cod Strips as per box directions.
  2. Create fresh tomato salsa by combining tomato, green onions, coriander, olive oil and lime juice.
  3. Slice cooked Cod Strips on a bias.
  4. Fill tortillas with lettuce, tomato salsa and top with Sriracha Cod Strips.
  5. Serve with guacamole.
