Sweet Sesame Soy Grilled Salmon

Ingredients

  • 6 x 120 g High Liner Signature Atlantic Salmon Portions #1050125
  • 125 ml sesame oil
  • 125 ml low sodium soy sauce
  • 125 ml honey
  • 15 ml chili flakes

Method

  1. Mix together sesame oil, soy, honey, and chili flakes.
  2. Place Atlantic Salmon portions into an insert and pour half the marinade over the Salmon.
  3. Allow the Salmon to marinate for a minimum of 30 minutes.
  4. Grill the presentaion side of the Salmon and transfer to an oven tray lined with parchment.
  5. Apply the basting sauce and place in a preheated oven @ 400°F/200°C until Salmon is cooked.
  6. Serve over jasmine, edamame rice and garnish with enoki mushrooms.
