Oven Roasted Pacific Salmon with Fresh Herbs

Butter, lemon and herbs. This dish is classic seafood, using everyone’s go-to fish: salmon.

Ingredients

  • 4 x 120 g Wild Pacific Pink Salmon Loins SVP (product #8960),thawed
  • 75 mL melted butter
  • 30 mL chopped fresh herbs (chives, dill, parsley etc)
  • 5 mL lemon juice

Method

  1. Place salmon on a lined baking sheet.
  2. Combine remaining ingredients and brush over the fish.
  3. Roast at 375F(190°C) for 7 - 10 minutes, or until fish flakes easily with a fork. Season with salt and pepper.
  4. Serve over a bed of rice, with a side salad.
