Ingredients

  • 454 gr Bam Bam Evercrisp™ Lightly Battered Shrimp #8750
  • 908 gr fresh mesclun salad mix
  • 1 avocado, thinly sliced
  • 128 gr cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 225 gr tortilla strips
  • 125 mL orange juice
  • 125 mL olive oil
  • 60 mL tequila
  • 60 mL fresh lime juice
  • 15 mL honey
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • salt and pepper to taste

Method

  1. Whisk together ingredients for Tequila Honey Lime Dressing and set aside.
  2. Deep fry Bam Bam Evercrisp™ Shrimp.
  3. Garnish salad mix with avocado, cherry tomatoes and tortilla strips. Toss salad with dressing and divide into 4 equal portions.
  4. Top each salad evenly with cooked Bam Bam(tm) Shrimp.
