Coconut Shrimp Taco with Jerk Aioli

Ingredients

  • 12 Coconut Breaded Shrimp, #7918
  • 12 flour tortillas 4.5”
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp jerk seasoning
  • ¼ cup green green cabbage shredded
  • 1 tbsp fresh cilantro
  • 1 tbsp red onions fine dice
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • ¼ of a fresh pineapple, peeled
  • ½ red pepper diced
  • juice of one lime

Method

  1. Char grill pineapple, dice and mix with red pepper, red onions, olive oil, lime juice and cilantro
  2. Combine mayo and jerk seasoning and place in squeeze bottle
  3. Deep fry Coconut Shrimp to order as per box directions. Remove tails and if desired slice in half length wise
  4. Fill each tortilla with shredded cabbage, pineapple salsa, coconut shrimp and top with jerk aioli

Chef Hack | After shrimp are cooked simply remove the tails and toss with jerk spice.
