Maple Sriracha & Lime Butterflied Grilled Shrimp

Ingredients

  • 454 g Mirabel Black Tiger Shell-on Butterflied Shrimp 21-25 ct #1059857, thawed
  • 250 mL maple syrup
  • 125 mL sriracha sauce
  • 40 mL lime juice
  • to taste sea salt

Method

  1. In a bowl, combine maple syrup, sriracha and lime.
  2. Season Shrimp with sea salt and brush on the sauce.
  3. Place on a hot grill, shell side up to caramelize the sauce and flip to continue cooking until done.
  4. Option to also finish in the oven.
