Fish Tacos are trending across Canada and we have the perfect product to help your establishment take advantage of this current trend.  Our Dip’t and Dusted Southern Style Haddock  Strips provide the perfect crunch and flavour.  Place that beautiful Haddock inside a soft tortilla with a tasty salsa, spicy sauce and some fresh shaved lettuce and your good to go!

Our Dip’t & Dusted Haddock Strips couldn’t be easier to prepare.  All you gotta do is simply take them out of the box and either deep fry or oven bake.  In the deep fryer they are ready in about 6 min and the unique coating prevents them from being saturated with oil.  The crunch and the taste is truly amazing, and I’m confident that you will be hooked after one bite. 

Make your fish taco unique by using freshly prepared salsas.  This one was made with roasted corn, avocado, tomato, shallots and garlic chives. 

Consider investing in a few taco holders.  They really help with the presentation!  Alternatively they can be held together with toothpicks.  Take care in selecting the size of the tortilla vs the amount of Dip’t & Dusted Haddock Strips.   I was using a 7 inch tortilla shell, and our Dip’t & Dusted Haddock Strips range from 3 – 4 inches in length, so cutting them into pieces helps fill the entire length of the taco using only 1 strip per tortilla .  The gap between pieces can’t be too big, otherwise the customer will feel like they are getting cheated.  

A little spicy ranch dressing drizzled on top of the salsa and these are ready to be devoured!
