Adding shrimp to steaks is probably one of the easiest up-sells. It doesn't always have to be massive shrimp. "Would you like to add creamy chipotle shrimp to your steak, or creamy cognac shrimp?" When it comes to steak toppers, the more flavour options you offer, the better chances for the up-sell. Do you have a steak wrap/sandwich on your menu? Perfect opportunity to up-sell with some grilled or sautéed shrimp. Don't think steaks are the only thing that can be topped with shrimp. Chicken and shrimp dishes are very popular too. Even a simple Caesar salad can be taken to a higher level with the addition of succulent grilled shrimp.
