It’s time to put some shrimp on the BBQ!!! Here’s a simple idea that is sure to be a hit on your spring/summer feature menu - Maple Sriracha and Lime Grilled Black Tiger Shrimp. It’s a fun sharable appetizer that encourages your guests to use their fingers and get right in.

Simply brush the presentation side with the sauce and place on the hot char grill. The maple in the sauce will caramelize creating nice deep grill marks and fantastic charred flavour. Once you have your grill marks you could finish in the oven or flip them over to finish cooking on the grill. Just be sure to keep basting the shrimp with the sauce to keep them moist and flavourful. Here’s another sharable appetizer idea that utilizes the oven instead of the grill. Lemon Herb Butter and Parmesan Baked Shrimp. Yummm!! Simply pour the sauce over top and bake in the oven.  Recipe is right here.
