Loaded Nachos with Sriracha Fried Cheddar Cheese. They deep fry from frozen in under 5 minutes, so they won’t slow your service down one bit. Simply prepare your nachos as you normally would and use these Cheese Bites as a garnish. I like to slice them in half and then pinch them so the cheese oozes out a bit.

Sriracha Fried Cheddar & Bacon Poutine! The possibilities here are endless. If you are a poutine purist and insist on mozzarella then you may want to play around with our lightly breaded mozzarella cheese. Putting both Spicy Sriracha Cheddar Bites and our Breaded Mozzarella Bites into a poutine, with maple cured bacon…..Epic meal time!

Use our Spicy Sriracha Cheese Bites to enhance your burger creations. You could either slice them in half, or keep them whole and gently press them before placing between the bun. The result is a burger that oozes machismo. Use these in a Philly Cheese Steak Sandwich for a spicy twist on a classic.
