Join us @ The Restaurants Canada Show Feb 28th - March 1st

Chef Philman George Tips & Techniques

The thing that makes the Restaurant Canada Show unique is that it’s your all-in-one showcase featuring equipment suppliers, food & beverage manufacturers and everything in between. To help stay focused, here are some of my best practices for attending the RC show:

Make  your hunting list and walk into the show on a mission to find what you are after. Why are you attending the show? Ask this question not only to yourself but also to your restaurant team. Kitchen equipment upgrades? Searching for a new seafood supplier? Looking for new buns for your burgers? Creating your hunting list will help avoid getting pulled in  different directions.

Take time for seminars. The RC show provides a wealth of seminars with industry-leading professionals. The cost of attending these seminars are included with your entry fee.  Check out this year's line up

Free your hands! Avoid picking up POS material from vendors. Instead scan your badge and ask for them to be emailed.  Keep your hands free to eat good food!

You can find High Liner Foodservice every day during the 3 day event: Yours truly will be at the Ocean Wise booth located in the Eco-Pavilion, cooking up our Ocean Wise approved seafood products on Feb 28th & 29th.

Feb 29th join us @ 1:30pm–2:30pm for a Sustainability discussion hosted by Ocean Wise featuring our High Liner Sustainability Manager, Katy Hladki.

Feb 29th come unwind at the Industry Night Out, and enjoy our Fish Taco Bar, featuring our New Dip’t & Dusted® Sriracha Cod Strips.

March 1st High Liner Foods is partnering with Restaurants Canada for the Breakfast with Champions showcase. We will be providing the smoked salmon for the menu, so make sure you come in hungry!

Looking forward to seeing you all soon!
