Frozen Sea Cuisine Mediterranean Glazed Haddock Portions (Product code 8975)

Rose sauce

Method:

  1. Bake frozen Sea Cuisine Mediterranean Glazed Haddock Portions in a preheated oven, according to package instructions. Keep hot.
  2. Prepare rose sauce with equal portions cream and tomato sauce or use prepared sauce.
  3. Sweat spinach in a saucepan over low heat. Cool.
  4. Assemble pasta and other ingredients in large steam table pan. Top with cheese and breadcrumbs.
  5. Bake in a 350°F (180°C) preheated oven for 15 to 20 minutes, or until internal temperature reaches 174°F (75°C).
  6. Portion onto plates and top with baked haddock.
