Method:
- Bake frozen Sea Cuisine™ Mediterranean Glazed Haddock Portions in a preheated oven, according to package instructions. Keep hot.
- Prepare rose sauce with equal portions cream and tomato sauce or use prepared sauce.
- Sweat spinach in a saucepan over low heat. Cool.
- Assemble pasta and other ingredients in large steam table pan. Top with cheese and breadcrumbs.
- Bake in a 350°F (180°C) preheated oven for 15 to 20 minutes, or until internal temperature reaches 174°F (75°C).
- Portion onto plates and top with baked haddock.
