Ingredients:

16 Bam Bam EvercrispTM Lightly Battered Shrimp (Product Code 8750)

4 mini baguettes

½ cup mayonnaise

2 tbsp sriracha sauce

¾ cup red cabbage, shaved

¼ cup sweet chili sauce

1 cup mixed pickled vegetables (carrots, cucumbers, onions, cauliflower)

8 sprigs of fresh coriander

Method:

  1. Deep fry frozen Bam Bam EvercrispTM Lightly Battered Shrimp, according to package instructions.
  2. Combine mayonnaise and sriracha sauce.
  3. Toss fried shrimp with sweet chili sauce.
  4. Slice baguettes in half lengthwise and fill with sriracha mayo, shaved red cabbage and pickled vegetables. Top with Bam Bam shrimp and fresh coriander.
