Fire Roasted Mini Cod Broilers

You, like many of our chefs, probably know by now that fire roasted fish is just simply AWESOME! However, it can be difficult to prepare without special equipment.  We’ve done all the fire roasting for you… simply bake and serve.  Our sweet and mild Fire Roasters™ Rustic Italian Style Cod Loins are slow roasted with a rustic Italian glaze.

How to Prepare Mini Cod Broilers

Slice Cod from frozen, place cream sauce in small oven-ready dish, add potato slices, another layer of cream sauce and fresh grated parmesan. Lay pieces of cut fish on top with one more dropping of cream sauce and garnish with fresh chopped parsley. Bake in the oven and serve this delicious recipe with grilled pita wedges.
