Fish & Chips …Meet the Crispy Haddock Surf Board!

The Crispy Haddock Surf Board

Simply deep fry one fillet of Big Bob’s Beer Battered Natural Cut Haddock and chop into pieces laid out on a wooden cutting board. Serve with French fries or sweet potato fries and be sure to add variety of your patrons’ favorite dips, such as Curry Aioli, Tartar Sauce, Ancho Sour Cream.
