 Smoky Applewood Roasted Salmon Frittata

Smoky Applewood Roasted Salmon Frittata

Slice Salmon from frozen. In an oven-ready skillet, sauté chopped peppers and red onion. Add in Spinach. Mix together eggs in a separate bowl and pour into pan. Line up pieces of fish in a pinwheel shape within the pan. Bake in oven and cut to serve.
